Her background spans hospitals, long-term care, private duty, and home health services. She has built her career on trust, clinical expertise, and a heartfelt commitment to improving lives.
Licensed in Florida, Caroline founded Lulu’s Private Duty Services to bring personalized, respectful care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. She leads her team with integrity, empathy, and a deep understanding of what it means to truly care.
